Returns
The following terms are only applicable to purchases made through the SmithWorks Golf Store (each, a “Store Order”)
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you've simply changed your mind, you can return eligible items under the following conditions:
- Items must be completely unused and in their original, sealed packaging.
- All original tags and protective seals must be intact (where applicable)
- Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase (receipt or order number).
To return merchandise to the SmithWorks Golf Store:
- Request a Return Authorisation from the SmithWorks Store via email to info@smithworksgolf.com
- Apply proper postage and mail (no CODs will be accepted) to the following address: SmithWorks Golf Returns; 5 Shepherds Cote Dr, Hepscott Park, Morpeth, United Kingdom, NE61 6FN.
- Return product. Write the Return Authorisation number on the outside of the box and or on original packing slip. If you wish to exchange the product for a different size or finish, please clearly mark the request on the packing list. SmithWorks Golf will make every effort to fulfil the request, however we cannot guarantee exchanges will be in stock and available.
- Return shipping freight charges are your responsibility. Please use a carrier that offers tracking capabilities, such as UPS, DHL or FedEx and keep a copy of the tracking number(s) for your records.
- Refunds will be credited to the payment method that was used at the time of the initial order. Once SmithWorks Golf receives the returned merchandise, please allow 3-5 working days for the credit to appear on your statement. An email confirmation of the credit will be sent to the email address on file once the return is processed.
- Original shipping and handling is non-refundable; VAT will be automatically calculated and refunded based on the amount of the return.
- Please note any used product cannot be refunded unless defective.
The following terms are only applicable to purchases made through SmithWorks Workshop for custom orders (each, a “Wedge Order”):
If your Wedge Order is customised to your unique specifications, or if you place a Wedge Order for a limited release product, no Wedge Order modifications or cancellations will be accepted once such Wedge Order has been accepted by SmithWorks Golf. SmithWorks Golf will not authorize the return of any such merchandise unless the reason for the return is due to company error. Merchandise to be returned to SmithWorks Golf for credit or exchange must be in “brand new” resalable condition. All authorized returns must be completed within 30 days from the date that the Return Authorization is issued. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@smithworksgolf.com and send your item to: SmithWorks Golf Limited, 5 Shepherds Cote Dr, Hepscott Park, Morpeth, NE61 6FN, United Kingdom.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: SmithWorks Golf Returns, 5 Shepherds Cote Dr, Hepscott Park, Morpeth, NE61 6FN, United Kingdom
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you are based, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
