Shipping policy

Shipment processing

We offer full traceability for your orders from point of shipping through to delivery. You will receive an email as soon as we ship your orders from our Warehouse, containing a link through to the tracking system where you will be able to see the progress of your delivery.

UK Shipping

Order before 10AM(GMT) for same day dispatch via FedEx. Goods will be delivered within chosen method and a signature will be required.

Orders are not shipped on weekends/bank holidays and are not delivered on weekends.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by an extra day and you will be notified.

International Shipping

International orders are processed the same working day if ordered before 10AM GMT

All International orders are sent via FedEx International Priority (3-5 days)
